-1pc chopped garlic
-2Kilos Pork Kasim (pork shoulder) sliced into chunky cubes
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-6Tbsp soy sauce
-6Tbsp oyster sauce
-water enough to submerge meat (add more water as needed)
-6Tbsp calamansi juice
-lots of onion rings
