I looked around for a simple weight loss tracker, but they were either too complicated or too expensive, so in the end I just knocked up a free weight loss tracker using Google sheets!
In this video I'll take you step by step on the creation of your weight loss spreadsheet and tracking chart using Google Sheets! It's working for me, it's pretty simple, and best of all, it's totally free!

For any of you who are keen to use the techie bit at the end (the Concatenate function), here's the code you'll need to paste in and amend accordingly:
