Описание: 20 minute Tai Chi warm up, stretching and joints mobility exercises with the movement of the Tiger and the Dragon. Routine composed by master Marco Insalata.
This sequence of stretching exercises is a great way to develop strength and flexibility throughout your body.
The Tiger and Dragon exercises are taken from the Yi Jin Jing sequence.
Moderate and habitual physical exercise can prevent aging and maintain physical efficiency.
