Had some time passing through Muncie to stop and fish the White River by the MLK Bridge again, and was super glad I stopped. This would have been the second time ever fishing this location, on the lookout for smallmouth. River was up just a little bit with all the rain we've had, but that didn't stop the bite.
I ended up going across the bridge up top which must have spooked some DNR C/O's who seen me run across and they gave chase. As I was situated down by the water, 2 of them came to give me full court press on my fishing license.... BETTER MAKE SURE you have your license :)
