Описание: There are MANY underground storage tanks (UST) that we have found and people did not have a clue were there until they started digging or did a survey of the land 🕵️‍♂️ Sometimes we can see signs like fill and vent lines, or depressions on the ground or asphalt over those areas, or even oil or fuel seeping into basements from corroded tanks 😮 Either way, these tanks have to be removed according to the TSSA regulation in Ontario and require both a Qualified Person (P.Eng. or P.Geo.) and a TSSA-licensed PEM2 (Petroleum Equipment Mechanic) during removal ✅ After removal, we need to assess the soil and water conditions around the tank to make sure there has been no contamination release. All that info gets compiled nicely into a concise report 📕
