Описание: Wishes Sakala is a health surveillance assistant in rural Malawi. Backed by village chiefs and the Traditional Authority, and supported by UNICEF and the European Union, he began the rolling out of a Community Led Total Sanitation programme throughout his catchment area. So far, 7,200 communities have signed on and are actively practicing the Community Led Total Sanitation programme. The aim is to continue efforts until every community in Malawi is open- defecation free.
