In the official publish on the 1979 single and the 1981 album release, The beginning is cut off.
This is the only version with the uncut introduction ever released to the public.

Major thanks to @shpater for Stereo Enhancing this recording and doing the best he could to restore it back to life.
@shpater noted “I did some work with the file you sent me. It is much better than the original, but it is below the standard to qualify for a "remaster" level grade. This file is too poor to get a remaster level file. The LP recording is probably transferred from a poor cassette recording, it has lot of technical speed stability and variation issues.”
