Strategy: Cam up at 4 or 9, cam down at 5 or 0. Check lights. Doors up after cam down. Repeat.
You will not have to start checking lights until the 25 second mark. Camera should also be on CAM 4B to prevent Freddy from entering the office. The timing of the camera flips insure that Foxy will not be able to move for the entirety of the game. You will not have to check on Chica if she appears on CAM 4B or if she is heard in the kitchen.
Note: Strat an be optimized for greenruns.
