Today a judge decided that Tyler Robinson, the suspect accused of assassinating political activist Charlie Kirk, will be allowed to wear civilian clothes and not a prisoner uniform. "The court finds that Mr. Robinson's rights to the presumption of innocence outweighs the minimal inconvenience of permitting civilian attire," Judge Tony Graf said. But the judge ruled that Robinson will still have to wear restraints and shackles during future court appearances.
