Masala Fried Chicken:
Ingredients:
Chicken thigh pieces 8-10
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Baking Soda 1 pinch
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Meat tenderizer 1-1/2 tsp
Oil for frying
For serving:
Lettuce leaves as required
Onion rings as required
Tomato as required
Cucumber as required
Method
Put all spices on chicken thigh piece and leave overnight. Then slightly fry it. Upon serving fry them again to make crispy. Now take out in dish and serve with lettuce leaves, cucumber, tomato and onion rings.
Sabziyon Ki Kadhi:
Ingredients:
Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
Gram flour 3 tbsp
Blended onion ½ cup
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt to taste
White cumin ¾ tsp
Chopped onion 1
All spice powder ½ tsp
Crushed garlic 1-1/2 tbsp
Whole red chili 6-7
Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
Oil ¾ cup
Vegetables:
Boiled potato 1 cup
Boiled peas ¾ cup
Boiled carrot 1 cup
Cottage cheese 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Curry leaves as required
Green chili, green coriander as required
Method
Add water in yogurt and gram flour then blend it. Heat oil and fry fenugreek seeds in it also fry red chili and 1 tsp garlic then add red chili powder, turmeric, blended onion, salt, white cumin, all spice powder and garlic and sauté well. Now add yogurt and gram flour mixture and cook on high flame till it boils. Then cook on medium flame for half an hour till it gets thick. Now add all vegetables and cook for 10 minutes then take out in dish. Heat oil add chopped onion, garlic, whole red chili, cottage cheese and green chilies cut in length and fry them. Then add curry leaves and 2 pinch red chili powder and give sizzling effect. Garnish with green coriander add all spice powder and serve with rice.
