seat of the Ego. This Chakra is weak and atrophied because it is constantly
being drained and abused by the Ego (negative thoughts, emotions,
fantasies, impressions etc). Therefore, we should learn to energize this
Solar Plexus Chakra and claim back its original power; which gives us
the ability to put ourselves consciously in the service of our Inner Being,
thus letting our Shakti Kundalini energy to rise towards the higher
channels of the Heart, Throat, Third Eye & Crown Chakras.
