Описание: In the latest hooch tragedy to hit Bihar, at least 25 people have died and several others are hospitalised. The victims are from Siwan and Saran districts. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has instructed authorities to take stern action against those involved in the illegal trade and reminded the public of the dangers of consuming illicit liquor. Despite a state-wide alcohol ban imposed in 2016, such incidents continue to claim lives, raising concerns about enforcement. So far, 150 people have died due to illegal liquor consumption since the prohibition.
