I Do Not Recommend "Mike More Miles" Auto repair, 102 Beaver St, Yorkville, IL 60560

Описание: I do NOT recommend bringing your vehicles to Mike More Miles in Yorkville, IL.

I brought in my car for the first time in May 31, 2023 for an oil change -- and that will be my first and last visit to this establishment!

The sales person told me my back brakes were not working at all and that my rear wiper needed to be replaced and provided me an estimate recommending that they do the repairs. I told them I needed to take a look myself. I took the car home and I fully tested my rear brakes and rear wiper. There was absolutely NOTHING wrong with either.

I feel the Mike More Miles salesperson was not honest with me. He also NEVER showed me the issue while the car was supposedly on the lift. He also pressured me to get the job stated, using his price estimate. I then researched other reviews for this business, and found more than several complaints that mirrored my own! Mike More Miles fabricated the need for repairs that my car did not need. I feel I was treated unethically at this establishment, and I will not return. I will also warn my family, friends and neighbors.
