Daily meditations to sit quietly, observe the breath, and reflect on impermanence, unsatisfactoriness (dukkha), and not-self.
No goals, no achievements. Just practice.
Let thoughts arise and pass like objects floating down a river. The mind watches without clinging. Everything is impermanent. Even the “self” is a process, not a thing.
Through calm abiding and clear seeing, we begin to understand and release the causes of suffering.
If these meditations help you settle, may they also encourage you to learn the Dhamma, so understanding grows alongside stillness.
