Part 1: Building a Mini WiFi Robotic Car | OLED + Ultrasonic Sensor | 6 Layer PCB from @JLCPCB

In this video, we are starting an exciting project of making a Mini WiFi Controlled Robotic Car. This is Part 1 of the complete series, where we will introduce the basic components, circuit design, and the first stage of assembly. The car includes an OLED display, ultrasonic sensor for obstacle detection, DC motors with driver, LEDs, ESP32 microcontroller, and a custom designed 6 Layer PCB.

This robotic car project is designed with multiple modern features like:
WiFi control using ESP32
OLED display to show status and sensor readings
Ultrasonic sensors for object detection and collision avoidance
Motor driver circuit to control DC motors
LEDs for indication and effects
Compact 6 Layer PCB to integrate all electronics neatly

Materials Used in this Project:
ESP32 WiFi + Bluetooth microcontroller
Custom designed 6 Layer PCB from JLCPCB
OLED Display
Ultrasonic Sensor (HC-SR04 or similar)
Motor Driver IC
DC Motors with wheels
LEDs and resistors
Power supply/battery pack

For this project, we used a 6 Layer PCB which provides higher reliability, better signal integrity, and stable power distribution. A multi-layer PCB helps reduce noise, interference, and makes the design compact. The design allows proper routing of signals and power lines required by the ESP32, display, sensors, and driver circuits.
