I wrote this song when I was feeling particularly beaten down by negativity from other people. I’d had way too much social media so I switched my phone off for a week, shut myself in my bedroom, and let myself be silly and angry and crack jokes. It’s basically one big ridiculous baseball metaphor reminding you that you are better than the bad things being thrown at you. Swing back baby!
