Homemade Pine Needle Soda | So Easy, Only 3 Ingredients!

Making this homemade pine needle soda was very fun to do and something I will continue doing. Pine needles are known to be full of vitamin c although I do not know how much would be available in this form vs drinking in a tea.
What You Need:
1 Quart Size Mason Jar
2 Cups Pine Needles
2 1/2 Cups Cold Water
2-4 Tablespoons Sugar
Steps:
1. Gather 2 cups of pine needles
2. Put pine needles in to quart size jar
3. Rinse pine needles in cold water
4. Put sugar in to jar
5. Put water into jar
6. Let sit for 2-3 days before checking.
7. If desired amount of carbonation pour over ice
