Hello people, I'm Kirsten. I've been living on my own as a blind person since I went away to college, and I moved to Washington D.C. as a true adult over eight years ago. So these 12+ years of experiences have helped me put together this list of things that every blind person should think about very carefully before they move out on their own. Because it is not only possible, but immensely doable, and I want you to be smart, secure, and fabulous in your new house by yourself.
