Paula is the creator of The Discovery Circle: Career Exploration, a 15-week journey designed to help middle school students better understand who they are, their strengths, talents, emotional intelligence, leadership abilities, and future possibilities. Throughout the program, students were exposed to real-world career paths through meaningful conversations with guest speakers from across the community.
