It happens to even the best of us, but transforming our thought, belief, and habit patterns is the only way we can achieve long-lasting results. The days of the one and done workshop where you learn information without direct application are gone! You must measure the success of a training program by the habits it builds! At our trainings, you directly apply these 10 habits throughout the day to meaningful and urgent goals. You then participate in a series of routines that reinforce these habits because repetition still remains the mother of all learning! Our follow up supports also ensure your group stays connected and consistent in their development until all their goals are achieved!

Our trainings are completely hands-on, brain-based, discussion-centered and custom-designed to meet your needs and create astonishing breakthroughs that last. Our framework is grounded in cognitive neuroscience, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), neurolinguistic programming NLP) and other evidence based psychology, education, and science methods. We support various learning differences (visuals, graphic organizers, sentence frames, text to speech QR codes, and more) and even offer our presentations in Spanish. The training is accompanied by mentors and educators who facilitate small groups for a more intimate support group within the event structure. To make sure they achieve their personal, academic, or professionals goals, we include 2-3 follow up 3-hour sessions and 30-minute coaching sessions for leaders to facilitate the process and respond proactively to participant feedback.

The trainings are designed and facilitated by Gerard Vargas, a former educator and teacher trainer, teacher of the year, SEL consultant and university professor with 22 years of experience in the education and training field.
