Here’s my bliss ball recipe to get started:
Ingredients:
1½ cups pitted medjool dates
¾ cup desiccated coconut
1 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:Blend everything up, roll into balls, and pop them in the fridge. So easy, so delicious! 😍
