Welcome to DAY 1 of the 10-Minute Yoga Reset series.
This short but powerful full-body flow focuses on strength, stability, and hip mobility through intentional movement and breath. We build lower body strength with Chair, Lunges, and Warrior variations while integrating balance work like Warrior III and deep hip opening in Malasana.
This practice is not about perfection. It’s about presence.
As you move through this sequence, you’ll cultivate physical steadiness while exploring the deeper theme of courage — the courage to begin before you feel ready, to stay present when things feel uncomfortable, and to trust yourself in the process.
