Dosa Mix:
Rice 1/4 cup
Channa dal 1 tablespoon
Horsegram 1 tablespoon
Blackgram 1 tablespoon
Brown Cowpea 1 tablespoon
Chick Pea 1 tablespoon
Green Gram 1 tablespoon
Moong Dal 1 tablespoon
Masoor Dal 1 tablespoon
Green Peas 1 tablespoon
White Cowpea 1 tablespoon
Gram Dal 1 tablespoon
Black Urad dal 1 table spoon
Black Chickpea 1 tablespoon
Fenugreek Seeds 1/4 teaspoon
Water 1 & 1/2 glass
Ingredients For Batter Paste:
Cumin Seeds 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
3 Small onions or Shallots
3 Green Chillies
1 Inch Small Ginger coarsely chopped
5 Dry Red Chillies
1 tablespoon Rocksalt
1 Pinch Asafoetida
Few Coriander Leaves
Few Curry Leaves
1 Glass Water
For Dosa Toppings:
Grated Carrot
Few Finely Chopped Coriander leaves
1 teaspoon
Serve it with pickles/chutney/veg curry recipes
