감자가 싹이 나는 이유는 흙 때문만도, 물 때문만도 아닙니다.
결정적인 이유는 태양의 빛입니다.
Potatoes do not sprout simply because of soil or water.
The decisive cause is the light of the sun.

감자와 흙과 물이 모두 갖추어져 있어도,
빛이 없으면 감자는 절대로 싹을 틔우지 못합니다.

Even if potatoes, soil, and water are all present,
without light, potatoes will never sprout.

이것이 바로 **공사상(空思想)**입니다.
공사상은 “아무것도 없는 공”이 아니라,
우주와 자연의 조건이 갖추어질 때 생명이 다시 깨어나는 질서입니다.

This is Gong Thought.
Gong Thought is not emptiness as nothingness,
but the order in which life awakens again when the conditions of the universe and nature are fulfilled.

그렇다면 사람은 어떻게 다시 싹이 나고,
어떻게 다시 환생할 수 있을까요?

Then how can a human being sprout again,
and how can one be reborn again?

사람도 감자와 같습니다.
몸이 있고, 환경이 있고, 노력이 있어도
빛이 없으면 사람은 깨어나지 못합니다.

Humans are the same as potatoes.
Even with a body, an environment, and effort,
without light, a person cannot awaken.

용화미륵부처님께서 설하신 공사상에서 말하는 빛은
단순한 물리적 빛이 아니라,
우주와 자연의 진리를 깨우는 근원적 빛입니다.

In the Gong Thought taught by Yonghwa Maitreya Buddha,
light is not merely physical light,
but the fundamental light that awakens the truth of the universe and nature.

사람이 다시 싹이 난다는 것은
지식을 더 많이 쌓는 것이 아닙니다.
공사상이라는 우주의 진리를 깨우쳐
그 빛을 받아들이는 것입니다.

For a human to sprout again
is not about accumulating more knowledge,
but about awakening to Gong Thought—the truth of the universe—and receiving that light.

그래서 사람은
저절로 다시 태어나는 것이 아니라,
공사상을 깨우쳤을 때에만
다시 환생할 수 있습니다.

Therefore, a human is not reborn automatically.
Only when one awakens to Gong Thought
can rebirth truly occur.

싹이 트는 감자는
이 세상에 다시 나올 준비가 된 것입니다.
공사상을 깨우친 사람 또한
우주의 질서 속에서 다시 생명을 얻습니다.

A sprouting potato
is a life prepared to come into the world again.
A person who awakens to Gong Thought
also receives life again within the order of the universe.

이것이 용화미륵부처님 공사상이 말하는
다시 살아나는 길,
다시 환생하는 유일한 방식입니다.

This is what Gong Thought of Yonghwa Maitreya Buddha teaches:
the way to live again,
the only way to be reborn again.
