This time, we're exploring two brand new destinations – the historic town of St Andrews and the vibrant city of Dundee – before finishing with an epic climb to the iconic Wallace Monument overlooking Stirling.
➡️ We start the day in St Andrews, where medieval ruins meet windswept beaches and charming streets. From the towering remains of the once-mighty cathedral to scenic walks by the harbour, this town is packed with history and coastal magic. Murphy, of course, steals the show (and a nap) after exploring every corner.
Next, we drive into Dundee across the Tay Road Bridge, taking in the city's artistic vibe and rich maritime heritage. We stroll through its creative streets, stop for coffee and cake (plus a puppuccino for Murphy), and discover the incredible architecture of the V&A Museum and the legendary RRS Discovery.

Back at the campsite, we wind down with a quiet evening walk near one of the local tower trail landmarks – a perfect end to a packed day.
The following morning, it's time for our final stop: the National Wallace Monument. Though closed during our visit, the hike to the top offers breathtaking views over the Stirling countryside – a dramatic and fitting way to end our Scottish escape. Brave the wind with us and soak in the legacy of William Wallace himself!
