1 ½ teaspoon ube extract
3 large eggs, room temperature

COCONUT CREAM TOPPING
1 can full-fat coconut milk, refrigerated overnight
30 g powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cornstarch, optional
