Sweet Halwa Recipe❤️❤️❤️
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons condensed milk
4 tablespoons sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
2 cardamom pods
1 cup oil
1 tablespoon ghee
2 glasses water
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the condensed milk and sugar with water. Stir well until combined.
Heat a pan and add oil and ghee.
Add the cardamom pods and let them cook for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add the all-purpose flour (maida) and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
Pour in the prepared milk and sugar mixture slowly while stirring.
Cook on medium heat until the halwa thickens and starts leaving oil from the sides of the pan.
Once the halwa releases oil, it is ready.
Serve the hot halwa with puri or paratha for breakfast.
