We bought this Samsung Automatic Washing Machine Top Loader with Wobble Technology, 8 kg on my birthday last August 6,2014. After 4 years and 10 months of use, it finally showed error on(June 2,2020) where in our case 4E, which there is no water flowing into the washing machine. I was trying to figure out, and analyze the error first then found out that the only problem was the water inlet valve because, the mainboard is functional. So, I tried searching the internet and tried ordering the spare part thru the Samsung Service Center. Fortunately, there is a spare part available but they don't know when will it arrive. I've waited after 5 weeks, the part was available and I picked it up at the Samsung Service Center. I tried putting it in and in to my surprise, it worked! Not only that I've saved money for calling in a repairman from the service center, I've prevented myself using our 2 leg powered washing machine(you will see in my other video).
