Описание: The awards ceremony for the Area 5 Transforming Our Police Service (TOPS) Competition was held on December 18 at the National Police College of Jamaica in Twickenham Park, St. Catherine. Some 39 stations in the JCF's St. Catherine North, St. Catherine South, St. Andrew North and St. Thomas divisions vied for Top Station, Top Prisoners in Custody Station, Top Customer Service Station, the PCOA Legacy Award and the People's Choice Award among others.
