I am classing a new school rapper as a rapper that started blowing up in the last 10 years, so no Eminem or Lil Wayne for example. This list is based mainly upon rapping ability, but i also took into account freestyle ability, flow, lyrics and longevity. I also think its important to mention that 5 rappers on this list have passed away, which is quite worrying when you think about, despite this i still put them on this list as i think that even though they are not here anymore they are still worthy for a place on this list.
