I remember when first joined uni, I went to another city to live with a childhood friend, he went first, my classes would start 6 months after his and we had a good friendship until I got there. I got shocked by how messy and dirty he was, it was crazy. His white stove got brown with all the grease accumulated, it smelled awful. The entire apartment was disgusting, he even told me he never mopped the floor since he got there. It was a nightmare. So, yeah... you gotta be careful who you choose to live with.
