After completing the KnoWay mission strand in its entirety as a host, the final mission will become available in the form of an Avi phone call but ONLY if the player has purchased one of the three big mansions introduced in the Safehouse in the Hills update. It is the game's only mission restricted to solo play, so your friends cannot join you on this one even through repeat runs.
That said, my original run became corrupt for some reason. Way to bookend the series, I guess. The phonecall I luckily still had on hand as I recorded it separately, (you'll see why by the end) so I did what I usually do for my teasers and utilized a payphone cutscene to play the call.
