Описание: After the Public Protector report named "Docked Vessels" into irregularity in the alleged corrupt awarding of a R800 mil tender to Sekunjalo. The minister Tina Joemat-Pettersson tried to get the Minister of Justice to interfere and withdraw the report. This is at odds with section 181(4) of the constitution and the PP act. Interference with a chapter 9 institution.This is a criminal offence. I therefore moved this Motion of Censure to ask Parliament to condemn the ministers actions and ask her to apologize.
