Song , topic matter - Betrayed is about a relationship gone bad. The wife cheats on the husband and takes the kid(s) away. The husband goes into deep despair. He drowns himself with bottle after bottle of alcohol while suffering depression , heart break , feeling suicidal , anger/rage , lost and he eventually commits suicide at the end of the video.
