Описание:
I cooked the spaghetti for just 5 minutes.
Then I finished cooking it directly in the pan with tomatoes.
First, I heated olive oil and gently fried one garlic clove.
Then I added a pinch of red chili flakes.
After that, I added cherry tomatoes cut in half and let them soften.
I added the spaghetti to the pan, followed by fresh chopped basil.
Little by little, I added pasta water to the pan so nothing would burn and the sauce stayed silky.
Finished with burrata at the end.
