After diagnosing the motherboard and display circuit, I repaired the fault in the backlight power line and brought the laptop back to full working condition. No expensive screen replacement was needed — just skill, patience, and the right tools.

This type of no backlight but image visible problem is common across many laptop brands, not just Lenovo. Often it is caused by faulty backlight drivers, blown fuses, or burned connectors. With the right approach, many laptops that would normally be scrapped can be saved and returned to service.
