Comments are one of the powerful features of Microsoft Excel. Adding a comment to multiple cells at one makes it more powerful. In this advanced excel tutorial, I will show you how you can add a comment to multiple cells. I'm going to use Visual Basic for Application in this tutorial, and I'm using excel 2019 for the demonstration.

Now follow the instruction below to insert a comment into multiple cells in excel.

Step 1: Click on the Developer tab (How to Add Developer Tab In Excel:    • How to add developer tab in excel  )
Step 2: Click on Visual Basic (Learn VBA Programming: http://bit.ly/excelvbacourse)
Step 3: Click "Insert" and then "Module."
Step 4: Write the code (Please subscribe and here goes the code:   / 36421336  )
Step 5: Click On the "Run" Button
Step 6: In the new Popup, you'll have to select the cell range.
Step 7: Select your "Data Range" and click OK.
Step 8: Write the comment you want to add to all those cells at once.

Click OK and done. You've added a comment in multiple cells at once. Adding comments to multiple cells at once is a great feature, and in the next tutorial, I'll show you how you can do it without VBA.
