Pear Walnut Upside Down Cake Ingredients:
3 pears
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons corn starch
4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
1 cup roasted walnuts
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
3 room temperature eggs
1/4 neutral vegetable oil
4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
9 inch springform pan
300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 Celcius)
Bake 60-75 minutes. (Mine took 63 minutes)
