NBN Fixed Wireless FAIL: Business Offline for 2 Weeks & Dodo Can't Explain Why!

This customer runs a business from home and has been completely offline for over two weeks on NBN Fixed Wireless — and their ISP Dodo says there's nothing wrong with the service.

In this video, I show exactly what we did to diagnose the issue. We:

✅ Reset the NTD (Network Termination Device)
✅ Bypassed the customer's router using a direct CAT6 connection
✅ Reset both the NTD and the gateway
✅ Confirmed the CAT6 cable is perfect with no faults

Despite all of this, the NTD still fails to connect — just a sequence of flashing lights and no internet whatsoever. There’s no internal cabling – this service runs direct to the NBN Fixed Wireless NTD.

🛠️ This is likely a fault with the NBN hardware, and we’re calling for NBN Co to send a fixed wireless-trained technician to properly assess and repair the service.

📍This isn't just an inconvenience – this is a business-critical outage with no resolution in sight.
