HOW TO COOK CATFISH PEPPER SOUP
INGREDIENTS
Catfish
Crayfish (Blend/Ground it)
Scotch Bonnet Pepper
Dry Ground Pepper
Onion
Salt
Seasoning Cube
Pepper soup spice
Calabash nutmeg
Saint leaf
Garlic (optional)
Ginger (optional)
PROCEDURE
Pour hot water in the bowl that contains the thoroughly washed catfish, after about 1 minutes sieve out the hot water. This process helps the fish not to easily break into smaller particles while cooking your catfish pepper soup. Then pour cold water into the bowl that contains the catfish. This process stops the cooking of the fish after you have sieve out the hot water.
Transfer the catfish into a pot. Add the blended crayfish, pepper, onion, salt, seasoning cube, calash nutmeg, pepper soup spice and water. Allow it to cook.
When is almost ready add in the sliced saint leaf and allow it to cook for about 2 to 3 minutes more and your catfish pepper soup is ready.
