Описание: During the plenary session at this year’s American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting, results were presented for NADINA, a phase 3 trial investigating neoadjuvant ipilimumab plus nivolumab for patients with resectable stage III melanoma. NADINA is the first phase 3 trial to evaluate neoadjuvant immunotherapy against standard of care in melanoma, as well as the first phase 3 trial in oncology to investigate a neoadjuvant regimen consisting of immunotherapy alone.
