Another walk during lockdown, exploring Seaham Beach and the Denes that lead onto it on a misty February morning. It starts with an introduction to Seaham Dene, which passes Seaham Hall and St Mary the Virgin church on its route to the sea. We then detour to Ryhope Dene and follow it till it meets the sea where we return to Seaham along the beach taking images of a groyne on the incoming tide. The video finishes with a walk through a lesser known dene, Rockhouse Dene which is situated but hidden in the middle of Seaham.
Route taken :- Lord Byron's Walk - Seaham Hall - Seaham Dene - St Mary The Virgin Church - Ryhope Dene - Ryhope Beach - Seaham Beach - Rockhouse Dene.
