Early morning classes are held Monday to Thursday from 6:30am to 7:30am GMT.
The Natya Aerobics and Natya Shakti Yoga workouts are geared to improve your stamina, muscle strength and flexibility while constantly burning belly fat.
The sessions will include dance aerobics, free weight training, power yoga, abs workout, breathing and relaxation.
All the workouts are carefully planned and designed to suit women of all ages and abilities.
A typical class includes
Warm ups
Cardio workout
Weights training
Band workouts
Abs workout
Stretch & Tone with Yoga
All you need for the classes are comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, weights (dumbells or if you dont have dumbells 1 or 2 litre water bottles), ankle weights (optional)
and 2 comfortable cushions.
