As you continue to visualize, repeat positive affirmations related to your desires. For example, if you're trying to manifest abundance, you might repeat phrases like "I am abundant" or "Money flows easily to me."
Stay in this state of visualization and affirmation for as long as feels comfortable, allowing yourself to fully immerse in the experience. When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment, open your eyes, and carry the positive energy with you throughout your day.
