2017 Formula Boats 40PC restoration at marine custom solutions.

Описание: Our recently completed restoration on a 2017 Formula Boats 40PC that was sitting fully exposed to the elements for 1.5-years due to litigation.

We got involved about 4-months ago and were able to get a quote that both the insurer and customer felt comfortable with. We also provided transport to get the boat from South Florida to our facility in Daytona Beach and are transporting it back to Ft. Lauderdale to the customer with onsite support and sea trial.

The vessel was relocated to our yard because we are fully equipped along with ample space to handle vessels up to 50’ and 36k#’s on a low boy trailer.

The project included gutting the entire engine bay of wiring and any suspect components, new bottom paint, engine & IPS rebuild, underwater lighting, thruhulls and seacocks, hoses and miles of wiring.

The cockpit was severely oxidized and weathered due to being exposed and left sitting for almost
2-years. We completely restored the console with numberous upgrades, along with Rockford Fosgate audio, Raymarine Teledyne FLIR electronics and so much more (see video below).

The interior was a full overhaul with numerous repairs to the flooring, carpeting, soft goods, step treads, cabinetry, ceilings, air conditioning components and mold remediation.
