Coulson Aviation's Philippine Mars is getting ready for its final journey to the PIMA Air & Space Museum. The Philippine Mars was last launched into Sproat Lake several years ago and last flew in 2007, and the process of returning it to airworthy condition is no small feat.
The Martin Mars is among some the largest flying boats ever made, and requires four Wright R-3350 radial engines each making 2500 horsepower.
