在大理的第二天，我们一起爬了苍山。大理本身就有2000多米的海拔，我们稍微跑一跑就有点喘。本来想跟儿子休闲爬，但结果他非常起劲，想一直往上爬，我就只能陪着他一起爬。而且春节期间索道要排队至少两个小时，所以我们只能徒步上下山，最高海拔大概2500米的样子。已经不知道一共走了多少公里，最后将近三万步。下了山就回到民宿里躺着了，太累了。但是苍山真的很不错，原生态的美。
On our second day in Dali, we hiked up the Cangshan Mountains. Dali itself sits at an altitude of over 2,000 meters, so even a little jog left us slightly out of breath. I had planned a leisurely hike with my son, but he was so energetic and determined to keep climbing higher—so I had no choice but to go along with him. Since it was Spring Festival, the cable car queue was at least two hours long, so we ended up hiking both up and down on foot, reaching a maximum altitude of around 2,500 meters. I lost track of how many kilometers we covered, but by the end, we had taken nearly 30,000 steps. Once we got down the mountain, we just crashed at our guesthouse—we were completely exhausted. But the Cangshan Mountains were truly magnificent, with a raw, untouched natural beauty.
