As a recipient of the Mental Health Improvement Fund, ‘Working Well in Wellington’ is delivered by Gippsland Women’s Health in partnership with Wellington primary Care Partnership.
Consultation with staff and their families was crucial to the success of this project looking to make a different to the mental health and wellbeing of Victorian workers.
Consultation about health and safety doesn’t need to be difficult. As an employer, you can do it in different ways, depending on your workplace.
