✔️ Immovable property like land/flat – MUST be registered under Transfer of Property Act
✔️ With proper gift deed + stamp duty
💰 Cash or movable gifts?
✔️ No registration needed
✔️ But if value is more than ₹50,000, it may be taxable unless from relative
