🍑 Ingredients:
Fresh red plums (preferably small/tart varieties)
Cold water (for washing)
Vegetable oil (2-3 tbsp per kg of plums)
Salt (1 tsp per kg, adjust to taste)

1️⃣ Wash & Prep: Rinse plums thoroughly. Remove pits if desired.
2️⃣ Boil in Oil & Salt: Simmer plums in water + oil + salt for 5-10 mins until slightly soft. Drain.
